S.J Concept does our best to display the colour, size and measurements of our merchandise as accurately as possible. However, color visuals of the items will also depend on your monitor settings.
2. Price and Billing Accuracy
All our prices are nett and priced in Singapore dollars. S.J Concept ensures accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed and manually checked for errors.
3. Indemnity
Goods might be made of 100% cotton. S.J Concept shall not be held responsible if Customer has an allergic reaction to any of the materials.
4. Service Standard
You can expect to hear from us within 36 hours from when your enquiry is sent, unless stated otherwise.
